Baltimore Office
On the Friday before the Superbowl. My neighbor shows her excellent fashion sense with both a Terrible Towel and the classic Bettis the Bus Jersey.

Ohio University - Athens, Ohio
Jay, RTV student and DJ at college web station ACRN is ready for Superbowl ring #6. Hailing from Youngstown, Ohio, Jay broke ranks with his browns loving family when he went with the winners from Pittsburgh. Bonus for me, he took time to show me where my college radio station moved to on campus.
Thanks Jay.
Thanks Jay.
Athens, Ohio
In the "can't get them all" dept - I am working in Athens, Ohio - where I went to college - and spot a Steelers shirt. But the guy's across the street going the other way. So far, I've resisted posting w/o a pic, I had to make an exception this time.
Columbus Ohio - Airport
As I a child I got a laugh out of an ad for bagels that said "you don't have to be jewish to enjoy bagels". The more people I meet with Steeler clothes, the more that applies to Pittsburgh. Here's another proud fan, a native of Columbus Ohio, who's a long time steeler fan. And his brother is a browns fan. Family reunions are a blast for them!
More Inauguration sightings on the Mall
Our friend Em grabbed this pic for us. She was about a football field closer to the swearing in. This is truly a Steelers Nation.
After the Inauguration
No matter what size the crowd, as you see in this Inauguration series, Pittsburgh pride is strong! This young man came up from South Carolina for the big event.

Washington DC - We Are One Day
On the Mall the Sunday before Inauguration. Tens of thousands of people crowded on the lawn below the Washington Memorial. Who would I meet here, but a woman from Penn Hills...the borough next to where I grew up!

Orange "you glad for change" cola
I don't know about your neighborhood, but living near DC. I've seen, and resisted, nearly every conceivable Obama product imaginable. From Obama face cakes and cookies to tees, hats, key fobs, wheel covers, and cat pan liners, if someone can print on it you'll find it for sell with a pic of Obama or his family. And I've scoffed, sometimes loudly, at all of them...until now. When I came around the corner in the grocery store and saw this, I knew I was hooked. For one, it's made by my favorite soda company. For another, I loves me a good orange soda. (I do, I do, I doooooo!)

Me - Baltimore Office Ravens Day
I have generally focused on other people here, figuring that you get to "hear" me. And that you're happier that way. But, below, I've been called out. How did I handle the pressure of walking into a den a Ravens? First off, I wore my Steeler tie over a "gold" shirt on Monday. Today, I went with the golf shirt. but the piece d'resistance was the 1 inch steelr logos I scattered around the office. By printers, on book shelves, they'll be finding them for months!
Office lunch room - Baltimore
Haven't seen this guy in the lunch room much, but in this week before we play the Ravens he was a regular. Just sending a subtle message to all his co-workers...this sunday will be a Football Day in Pittsburgh!
More Office - Downtown Baltimore
Christian is from the eastern side of PA, but his father was a Steelers fan and broght him up right! Here he pays homage ti one of one greatest linebacker from the 70s dynasty, Jack Lambert.
This picture, and Juan's, was taken on the office's "wear purple day" the Friday before we play the Ravens!

Office - Downtown Baltimore
Juan arrived in the US in 1977 and the first American football game he watched was Steelers v Cowboys in the Super Bowl. He was so impressed with "Swann Flying around" that he picked the Steelers to win. And they did. And he's been a fan ever since.

Las Vegas - CES
What's the well dressed attendee of this year's Consumer Electronic Show wearing? Their striking Steeler's jacket, of course. This dapper journalist, hailing from Pomona City, CA took a minute to proudly display his fine outer wear. On this upcoming playoff sunday he plans to be dressed Steelers style from hat to socks!
